Launching the ERP Academy
The ERP Academy was launched on 9 February 2026. It is, to the best of our knowledge, the only source of training dedicated to training customers in how to adopt their new ERP system. There are places where you can learn how to use the ERP, but we don’t know of any other place where you can gain the knowledge and skills to be an effective Subject Matter Expert for an ERP transformation programme, or learn how to maximise your investment in your ERP by managing your system well.
ERP implementations are hard. They are expensive, disruptive and risky. Too often they fail to deliver everything promised, take longer and cost more. And once live, many, if not most, organisations aren’t able to keep up with the pace of innovation released by their ERP vendor, thus failing to achieve the full business value of their investment.
Having a more skilled in-house team will allow organisations to prepare more effectively for their ERP programme. They can buy more wisely, setting themselves up for a successful outcome. Using their own people in key roles, once properly trained, will both save money on expensive consultants and ensure that the people in those roles understand how the organisation works. Overly relying on bought-in help risks the organisation being left vulnerable at the end of the programme as the external resources move on, taking vital knowledge with them.
We’re here to help organisations be more self-reliant and achieve ERP success.
